Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your NaamJapa account and the personal data associated with it at any time. One NaamJapa account works on both the website and the Android app, so deleting your account from either place removes it everywhere. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the Website

1. Sign in at www.naamjapa.com.
2. Open Dashboard → Account.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and select Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Delete from the Android App

1. Sign in to the NaamJapa app.
2. Open the menu and go to Account.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and account settings
• All japa sessions and mala records
• Goals, statistics, and progress history
• Reminders and preferences

For fraud prevention, we retain a non-reversible hashed device identifier used to enforce our one-free-trial-per-device policy. After account deletion this hash is no longer linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you or your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can't Sign In?

If you can no longer access your account, email us at support@naamjapa.com from the email address registered to the account and request deletion. We will verify the request and delete the account.
